Deal conversations stay in the product

Listing disputes and takedowns

Include the listing link, what is inaccurate or unauthorised, and the basis for your interest in the property. You can also use the in-product report action on any listing, which routes to the same review queue.

Privacy requests

Send the request from the email address on the account and describe what you want: access, correction, deletion, or a question about how information is used. We may need to confirm control of the account before acting.

Security reports

Include a concise reproduction, the affected surface, and the expected impact. Do not include credentials, other users’ information, confidential property detail, or data pulled from accounts that are not yours.

Legal notices

Formal notices may be sent to the same address. The operating entity name, registered address, and governing law will be published here before launch.
