Privacy

Short version: we keep what we need to run a classified board, we don’t sell it, and you can ask us to delete it. Privacy questions go to info@offlinemarket.app.

What we keep

Your account email and profile. Whatever you post — listings, photos, attachments, tags, Deal DNA ratings. Messages you send other members. Reports you file, and basic technical logs so we can fix things when they break.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your information, rent it out, or hand it to advertisers. There are no ad pixels, no session replay, no behavioural profiling. The only companies that touch your data are the ones that keep the site running: hosting, database and file storage, and email delivery.

Anything you post is public

A live listing is visible to anyone. Its attachments can be opened by any signed-in member. Treat a post like a notice on a public board, because that’s what it is.

How long we keep it

While your account is open, and after that only as long as we need it for safety and for sorting out disputes. Moderation records stick around.

Deleting your stuff

You can edit your profile and take down anything you posted. To delete the account itself, email us from the address on the account and we’ll handle it. We may need to confirm it’s really you first.

Where it lives

Our providers process data in Canada, the United States, and the European Union.
