Good-faith research

We will not pursue action against research that stays within your own accounts, avoids accessing other users’ information, avoids degrading or disrupting the service, and gives us reasonable time to respond before disclosure. This is a statement of intent, not a waiver of anyone’s legal rights.

Out of scope

Volumetric testing, social engineering of users or staff, physical access attempts, spam or automated scanning noise, and reports produced solely by automated tools without demonstrated impact.

Account safety

Use a unique password, keep sign-in links private, and report suspicious marketplace activity through the listing report flow.
